Cancel Grooming Appointment
If you have made an online grooming booking and no longer require this, you can either cancel online or by calling the store where you created the booking. (Please note, you cannot cancel your Grooming appointment on the Petstock App).
If you wish to cancel online, you will need the booking reference number you received in your email when you booked the appointment online.
From the Petstock website homepage, hover over ' Pet Services' and then select the Grooming tab.
Once on the Grooming page, click on 'Book Online'
The next page will ask if you have booked online before, please select YES.
Enter in the email address that the original booking was made under and click continue.
A verification code will then be sent to your mobile and/or email.

Once this has been entered, the booking page will show.
On this page is the CANCEL BOOKING button - click here.
This will open up the cancel booking page. You will need your booking reference number to cancel the booking.
Once you have entered the booking number and clicked cancel booking, it will bring up a confirmation page.
A pop up will show on the top right of the screen confirming the booking is now cancelled.
