Standard Shipping
All our standard shipping is sent via Australia Post from our nationwide dispatch locations.
We aim to have orders packed within 1-2 business days and orders are expected to be delivered in 2-5^ business days within Metro areas. Regional destinations may take up to 7^ business days
Please note:
- We do not currently ship out of South Australia, depending on stock availability South Australian orders will be shipped from Victoria.
- Some lines are only available from our Victorian warehouse.
- Orders shipped from Victoria into Western Australia may take longer than 7 days.
- Gift cards are shipped at a flat rate of $4.95 when purchased separately.
Standard shipping cost:
- Orders under $25 - Calculated at checkout based on the delivery location Australia wide.
- Orders over $25 - Include free shipping to most major metropolitan regions.
Free Shipping will automatically be calculated on your cart upon reaching a value of $25 or more on eligible products that are collectively under 45kg in weight after all other discounts are applied.
Free shipping may not be valid with other discounts or offers and excludes gift cards and large items such as kennels, fish tanks, and cat scratchers.
Same Day Delivery
Same Day Delivery services are available in VIC Metro, NSW Metro & QLD Metro locations, and has a shipping fee of $7.50 (Limited time introductory price).
Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered by 9:00 PM the same day.
Should you place your order after 2:00 PM, then you’re order will be delivered to you by 9:00 PM the following business day.
