My Pet

Mobile App

Ensure you are logged into your Petstock account via our app.

Please note, the My Pet feature is currently only available via the mobile app and not our website.

Once logged in, select the My Pet tab at the bottom of the screen.

From here, you can see all your created My Pet profiles for you pets. 

Select the one you wish to edit.

You can now see all the details you have input in this specific pet profile such as breed, gender, age and weight. This is also where you can set up reminders for worming/flea treatments.

To edit this existing profile, select the 'Edit' button in the top right hand corner.

Here you can change the profile photo, add or edit a nickname, update the weight and add in favourite brands.

At this stage, it is not possible to edit the original name on the profile, nor the breed. 

If you make a mistake when doing this and wish to change it, you can delete the profile and create it again.

To do this, go back to the profile page and scroll to the bottom. Here, you can select 'Memorialise or Remove Profile'.

This gives you both the option to Memoralise if your pet has sadly passed, or to Remove Profile.
