Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with your order tracking information.
Once you have received the order tracking email, click the 'Track Your Order' button on the email confirmation to track your order.
Petstock uses Australia Post to deliver the majority of your furry friends wet & dry foods, beds, cat litter, cat scratches, food & water bowls, toys, treats, flea, tick & worm treatments, and grooming supplies.
Petstock also works closely with local delivery partners to get your order to you as quickly as we can when possible.
Our delivery partners are Radaro, Yello, and GoPeople.
Please view your tracking confirmation email to confirm which delivery partner will be delivering your order.

Important note: After your order has been scanned by the courier service, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reach your email inbox.
If your order is taking longer to get to you than the delivery estimate or has been marked delivered and you have not received the package, please contact our friendly Customer Experience Team.
