Authority to Leave

Yes, you can. At the checkout, you will be given the option to authorise the courier to leave your package in a safe place if you are not home when it is delivered.

In some cases, if you have given authority to leave the Courier may still deem the location "not suitable for safe drop". This is the discretion of the Courier driver at the point of delivery. 

If there is no safe place to leave the parcel, either a text message will be sent to you or a notification card will be left at the delivery address advising that the parcel can be collected from a nearby Post Office.

Important note - When you select Authority to Leave as an option at checkout, you accept full responsibility and Petstock cannot be held liable if your order goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier.
