Swap a product on Autoship
Please note; this feature is currently not available on the Petstock App
Please ensure you are logged into your Petstock account.
From the Account dashboard select 'Autoship';
This will bring up all active Autoships.
Click on 'Swap'.
A pop-up will appear on the right for you to search for the product you wish to swap to.
Now you can click 'Swap item' on the item you wish to swap to on your Autoship.
This will then proceed for you to select the requirements of the product.
Here you can select:
- Size of product (if applicable)
- Select your quantity
Once this is all complete, you can 'Swap Item'.
The next screen will prompt you to check over your request and 'Confirm & Swap Item'.
Important note - The new item will automatically be added with the existing next order date and frequency you have your Autoship set to. To see how to edit frequencies and dates, check out How do I edit my Autoship?
Once this has been completed, you will get a confirmation on screen.
