Edit Autoship

Please ensure you are logged into your Petstock account. 

From the Account dashboard select 'Autoship';

This will bring up all active Autoship. 

From here, click on 'Edit Order'.

Now you can edit/change;

• Product/s on the Autoship
• Shipping Frequency
• Reschedule the order 
• Edit the shipping address
• Update your Credit Card details
• Skip the next delivery 
• Cancel the Autoship

Mobile App

Simply log into your Petstock account and then click on the 'Autoship' button, which is located at the bottom of your screen.

Once you are on the Autoship page, you can edit your Autoship by clicking on 'Edit Order'.

Now you can edit/change;

• Product/s on the Autoship (size and quantity)
• Delivery Frequency
• Next Order Date
• The Delivery Address
• Update your Credit Card details
• Skip the next delivery 
• Cancel the Autoship
