Reschedule Autoship

Please ensure you are logged into your Petstock account.
From the Account dashboard select 'Autoship';
This will bring up all active Afterships.
From here you can 'Reschedule' the order.
By clicking on 'Reschedule', this will initiate the pop-up box on the right to make your changes.
Once you click on 'Confirm Order Date', all your changes have been processed.

Mobile App
Simply log into your Petstock account and then click on the 'Autoship' button, which is located at the bottom of your screen.
Once you are on the Autoship page, you can either process your Autoship now by clicking on 'Order it now' or change the processing day by clicking on 'Edit Order'.
Order it now:
Click on the 'Order it Now' button.
Once on the next page, please confirm by clicking 'Order it Now' on this page.
Change the processing date:
To change the date of your next Autoship, click on 'Edit Order'
On the next page you will see the the Next Order Date information. Click on 'Edit'
Now you can select the date you wish the order to be processed. Click on the calendar icon
Select your new date and then click 'Reschedule'
